Mold in Coto De Caza, CA

Mold can be tricky and may like to hide behind baseboards and even cabinets. This loss from a leak behind the cabinets. Even though they're was not visible mold in the cabinet , we had suspicions that there was some, so we removed the cabinet and our suspicions were correct. We went in removed the mold after taking out the cabinet, all while wearing our personal protective equipment. You can see the wonderful cut in the wall that we did, allowed the frames to dry, and then it was ready for re-construction!
